Well-being:
First, I want to mention my Breethe subscription. I’ve talked about this app in this Little Luxuries episode on Instagram last year. Breethe has to be one of my favorite wellness apps. In the beginning of June, I was dealing with a lot of anxiety from pushing myself a bit harder than I should. The guided meditations in the morning with Breethe helped me tremendously. Meditations aren’t the only practices you’ll find, they also have a library of nature sounds, hypnotherapy, sleep stories, talks and masterclasses. I highly recommend Breethe. It’s a small investment (I prefer this over Netflix lol but that’s just me) and they do have a 14-day free trial.
