While in Tulum, I did a little town-hopping around Mexico. My friend and I visited Valladolid which reminds me so much of Old San Juan in Puerto Rico. Valladolid is about a little over an hour by cab if you’re traveling from Tulum; by bus, it may be two hours. We opted to take a cab. When we arrived, the first thing we did was have lunch at Hotel El Meson del Marques, then we explored the beautiful town for the remainder of the afternoon.
It was such a hot day, but my outfit helped keep me cool! I wore a crop top and a pair of printed culottes—which to my surprise blended in so nicely with the town.
